The glitches in the software which I know are not completely preventable.

They suffered from several computer glitches which an instructor was there to try t fix momentarily. The Simulations with actual treatment times were very helpful.

The dispatch function is not realistic. However, I do believe it helped me see what would happen should an event occur in my county.

As a dispatcher,I feel that the course lacks in that area. I realize that incidents are more centered to on scene tatics, however It would be nice to have some more options for dispatch.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I like being able to understand what may be going on via radio traffic, since I would not be on scene. Knowing the sections and what they do paints a picture for us dispatchers.
