The interactive environment was as close to real life as you can get in this type of training. The instructors were excellent, their abilities all complimented each other. Made the class enjoyable jet professional. The class is unlike any others I have had in my 35 year career.

While the lecture provided valuable information and is needed, it wasn't overbearing. The actual skills portion provided the opportunity to practice what was learned in near real time with the feel of real pressure in a controlled environment.

The instructors explained complicated material in a way that made it easy to comprehend.

The entire experience was great. The virtual component and practicals far exceeded my expectations.

Overall, the practical portion did a great job solidifying the lessons learned from the lecture portions of the class. The instructors were also incredibly helpful throughout the experience.

The simulations allowed me and my peers to establish things we need to work on in the professional setting to interact effectively in the event of a complex, multi-jurisdictional event.

I believe the integration of the simulation and real-time communications challenges provided a level of engagement not found in other courses.

The interactive capabilities running different areas of operation was second to none. The foundation provided through a methodical and systematic approach is what makes the difference.

The simulations were the key to this course. Aside from actually conducting operations in real life these simulations are invaluable. Some of the best training I have experience.

The practical exercises did a really good job of emphasizing what was covered in the lecture and also served as hands-on teaching moments. Good for reaching a variety of learning styles.

It was incredibly helpful as EM to be able to go from station to station and learn how the response unfolded.

Being in Emergency Management it helped working alongside LE, Fire, and EMS. While they gave me tips on what they specialized in their profession, I was also able to relay to them the importance of establishing healthy relationships so that they know what we can do for them.

The scenarios offered practical experience and a big picture of the operations during an active shooter incident. This has significantly increased my understanding of the response and operations of our LE and the coordination and communication that I can offer.

As a PIO, it was important for me to play different roles so that I understand the complex variable the various roles are working through.

Often we attend training, as dispatchers, and become role players to enhance the training for LE. These exercises provided valuable training for us as well.

The entire course gave an overview of everyone's involvement which paints a picture for me and my duties. That is invaluable in a practice environment because when a real life incident happens I now have perspective.

EXTREMELY well done realism with immersive training in the practical applications.

As a dispatcher actually participating and learning how these events should go was phenomenal. Most dispatch training is not interactive so is easily forgotten
