More time for people to get really comfortable with the simulator would have helped. Steering wheels for all simulated vehicles.

Increase the avatars reaction to shooting in the simulation. increase outside stimulation that is occurring in the simulation(citizens and media attempting to enter the scene).

Other CCA courses with agencies inside of my county to determine what resources we have and what we can reasonably get to help with a large situation.

The practical application of the concepts drove home the content. This course gave lots of reps in different areas bringing law enforcement, EMS, and fire together.

Time was tight but maybe a little more instruction on the movements in the simulator. THere was practice time but I had to learn on the fly the layouts and treatment flags once interacting with patients.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

More reps in Incident managment is always a plus.

Live scale training involving multiple agencies. Computer simulation is great but being put into that situation in live training can help add stress that this doesn't in part as much.
