My pre-test score showed that I did not know too much regarding the law enforcement side. After watching the videos, I do feel a bit more comfortable with the topic.

Breaking course and tests into segments increased my ability to focus on singular topics at a time and retain knowledge learned.

Responding to threats with out immediately apparent sources (i/e unknown suspect, bomb threat etc).
