Towards the end of scenarios there is not much for radio dispatchers to do.

The CAD system auto-formatting of unit ID's was jarring. You could do without that.

More practical exercises with joint response and including live callers for dispatch to handle.

The video game portion.

I think this course should be targeted for Sergeant and above rank, as I don't believe it's very practical for the line level officer. Also, the flyer for this course, ESPECIALLY, the pictures, made it seem like it was going to be force on force. It was very deceiving that it would all be done via a computer game.

This course, but with force on force simunition, in a large scale environment.

I would suggest instructors spend time before the class researching local agency policies regarding AS events. This will help them adjust their lessons for the style of deployment the agencies are used to.
