The practical's were the most valuable by far. They gave you real situations and how to deal with them giving me the opportunity to actually experience the stress involved in each position.

The lectures were the least just because i prefer hands on. I understand that the lecture part is important to set the stage for the practical.

Nothing. Great class, time was efficiently used, the instructors are amazing.

I feel refresher training on this topic every few years would be helpful. More information on how to deal with possible IEDs would also be helpful.
