ENSURE EVERYONE HAS AN EQUAL PORTION OF COMMAND EXPERIENCE SO THAT WE CAN ALL LEARN HOW TO DO INCIDENT COMMAND, AREA COMMAND, INTEL, AND TACTICAL. i ONLY HAD THE CHANCE TO DO LEO BRANCH AND NOTHING ELSE OTHER THAN THE OFFICER ROLE.

PER340 AND ANYTHING ELSE HAVING TO DO WITH THE COMMAND PORTION OF COMPLEX AND COORDINATED ATTACKS, BOMB AND TERRORIST PREVENTION, AND MASS CAUSALTY EVENTS THAT INVOLVE MUTUAL AID AND COLLABORATION. ANY ICS COURSES THAT HAVE ACTIVE APPLICATIONS.

IN THE CLASSROOM THIS IS GREAT BUT I FOUND MYSELF SONTINUOUSLY THINKING ON REAL WORLD WITHIN MY SPECIFIC AGENCY AND HOW IT WOULD WORK MIXED WITH OTHER AGENCIES/PERSONNEL THAT HAVENT HAD THE CLASS.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

WOULD BE GREAT IF MY ENTIRE AGENCY COULD TRAIN TOGEHTER ON THIS, AND THEN TO TRAIN WITH NEIGHBORING AGNECIES ON MORE OF THE SAME.
