I really enjoyed this course. I usually hate the introductions and find them kind of pointless, but in this class I actually missed them. Wish we had an extra day of instruction as I do feel a bit like a fish out of water in the practicals.

I would make it a 5-day course and make the drills longer.

More of the same. Training with law enforcement, fire, and EMS crews even after the FIFA World Cup.

I had too many scenarios where I was either a contact or RTF and not enough in the specialty positions (Tactical, S1, S2).

I think it would be beneficial to have more opportunities to be the specialty positions.

Doing hands on instead of it being heavily powerpoint based was valuable compared to other trainings.

The powerpoint portions most of the time did not have anything to do with dispatch so we did not understand.

Most of the time when the instructors were presenting powerpoints there was a lot of talking over each other or not letting the other instructor they were presenting with finish a sentence or a thought and it was hard to pay attention.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Going to some sort of negotiations training for dispatch would be very helpful especially after everything learned in this class.
