This is a great course and every first responder no matter there rank should attend. Every instructor was knowledgeable and passionate about the topic and it showed during the course.

For me, I was assigned the same role three times with the same person. Try to change our roles and partners as often as possible.

The incorporation of all aspects of the incidents. Seeing it from every angle helps to better understand what is needed in whichever role I end up in.

Adding an extra day would be helpful to build a little slower in fully understanding the responsibilities of each station. (Command, Staging, Tactical, etc). Overall this was a phenomenal training.

Getting reps in. More scenarios with an added day or two would be great. Instructors were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed this course and will share information learned with my agency.

DEFINITELY WORKING POTENTIALLY WITH A DISPATCH CAD TEAM TO MORE ACCURATELY REFLECT THE CAPABILITIES AND FUNCTIONS OF A REAL CAD (IT WOULD HELP ENHANCE THE DISPATCHERS ROLE IN THE SIMULATION) AND ALSO POSSIBLY OPENING THE COURSE TO MORE DISPATCHERS SO THAT THEY CAN ROTATE THROUGHOUT THE POSTS EVEN WORKING AS SCRIBES FOR COMMAND OR OTHER UNITS JUST TO GET A FULL CIRCLE EXPERIENCE.
