Hands-on practice during scenarios. Rotating among all the positions allowed ample time to get exposed to the different parts of the IMT.

IEDs. There should be more exposure to the hazards of IEDs in the scenarios.

Provide job aids and model procedures we can take back to our organizations. Share a class roster to facilitate networking after the course. Try to integrate regional procedures for response to ASHER. For example - the state of Maryland requires us to declare an MCI or "Unusual Event" by contacting MIEMSS SYSCOM - this allows us to enact special protocols for EMS care.

Training with my peers on being an incident management team.

Practical evolutions. I learn better from doing. Power points provide good information, but that is enhanced by actually running through simulations.

Sometimes the radio comms were not great. maybe a better quality of radio could help this out.
