The overall information of what the responders have to do was beneficial to my job in the dispatch center as I have a better understanding what they need from me.

I thought overall it was all very valuable.

I enjoyed this training as it was very interactive and allowed me to understand what the needs of the responders are in the field. I enjoyed as a dispatcher feeling like we are apart of the whole training section as opposed to being left out on the side. It was nice to be able to see it all work out together in one room.
