As a dispatcher, being able to see what the other departments are doing during these events was very helpful in expanding my knowledge.

Simulation stations were of no value to me as I was unable to utilize or observe them as a dispatcher.

Although the dispatch function is limited, with the complexity of this training, i would have like to see more for the dispatch functions.

Good and bad training both encourage thought and process. This was good training and I thoruoghly enjoyed the structure of the training, allowing for maximum output for all. Involving multiple disciplines, agencies encourages thought and growth.

Everything plays a part- I would like to ensure that easch student gets a turn in each role applicable/ available. Overall I'd travel again to do the same that I did in this offering again.

I believe an effort shoulf be made to place when/ where applicable to ensure each discipline gets a chance/ multiple chances at key positions or a chance to roam the room to take in different pieces if the persons posiion/ role is completed or not as necessary (maybe having units not being utilized in staging/ or not used at all in a drill).

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Training, Ops, training, Ops: Always being astudent, being malleable. I would happily take like courses every week and bore into each position IOT to own it and be a SME. Thanks for having me.

The dispatch practice for active shooter and multiple incidents.

As a dispatcher the tactical training was less helpful but still gave insight to an incident like this.

I think hostage negotiation classes for dispatchers would be useful for when or if we are speaking with a suspect of an attack with this complexity.

The course more than exceeded my expectations and in today's climate, this should be a mandatory 3 day course for all management officials with firt responder responsibilities. Best training I've done.

The computer simulations, while enhancing, made it diffucult to concentrate on the evolving scenario. Too much time and effort was used to master the computer on a continuing basis.
