The practical drills where of the most value to me. Anytime you can drill with active immediate feedback, and are given a chance to correct mistakes prepares you to take an active roll in a real incident.

I would suggest a Dispatch checklist to include AEP, Staging and CCP locations. Would be informative to be able to see other disciplines during the excersices ie being at the command post.

Experiences of Instructors; working with other agencies on exercises and the enhanced and ongoing knowldege relayed on how to manage these types of incidents.

Maybe try to find out what the actual resources that are available for the area you are teaching in and only allow thoses resources to be used. It is easy to ask for 100 cops but in NH that would take some time.
