Nothing was least vauble becuase taking a turn as supervisor types help better understand their roles.

Work on radio communications and considering using different channels for things like transport officer.

IK think a 20 minute leasson on the use of the laptop commands would add and lower the user stress.

The hands-on (computer based) scenerios were absolutely the most helpful part. Gave a live-view as to the different roles of responders.

The after-action review of each scenerio felt repetative. It was the same thing every time for the most part.
