Hands on IC exercises with th integration with law enforcement. The ablility to train with LE and dispatch does not happen as much as it should.

The case study. While it touched on two cases, it really was not a study of what occurred, more of an overview. I would have preferred a more in depth breakdown of one case.

All of the scenarios and actually running through the different positions was the most beneficial. It allowed me to see how everything fits together.
