Counter strike was least valuable but truly a necessary to understand the overall impact with multiple incidents in a training environment.

Great course highly recommended for all personnel that may respond to an active shooter / complex coordinated attack.

I FEEL LIKE THE STATS ARE WHAT DRIVES THE CLASS AND NOT ACTUALLY LEARNING THE PROCESS. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT IN SCENARIO DEBREIFS, WE NEED TO SPEAK ABOUT WHAT AGENCIES DID IN RESPONSE AND NOT AVOID IT TO AVOID ANY CONFLICT. IT NEEDS TO BE AN HONEST RESPONSE TO LEARN, BUT I AGREE IT SHOULDN'T BE A BASHING SESSION.
