The practical application exercise drills.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

NOT being included official in any training scenarios for people in my profession as EMA. On the C3 flyer for the course, it was stated it was for 60 participants, 30 LEO, 20 Fire/EMS, 5 Dispatch, 2, PIO, 2 Emergency Managers, 1 Helo pilot. ALL OTHER professions listed were officially included in the scenarios and assisgned functions and tasks EXCEPT for the EM's.

Initially, it seemed that the book and what was presented on the board by the instructors didn't easily follow along with each other or match up. & if it did, it was not eaily identifiable. Pics of slides and slide numbers were way advance and further along / higher in numbers for what actual pages we were on in the book.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Stop the threat, know the clock, act appropriately & effectively. TEAMWORK!! instructors were amazing.

An amazing course every first responder should attend at every level. The instructors "know their shit" Im a drone operator. Lets add a drone.

I do not feel anything did not have value. The entire course was valuable.

Perhaps rotate people in different rolls within their discipline. For example, if a FF / PM was triage, move them to RTF, then to area, etc.

I feel partnerships and practical use of these skills will be important.
