The coordination between police, ems, and fire is crucial. Also the responsibilities for first officer on scene.

Repetitive introductory material. For example, it continued to reinforce important concepts. But it did allow me to retain it so it's fine.

Include more real world scenarios. Use past active shooters and what went well and what went bad.

Learning how to operate on scene in an active shooter incident.

In dispatch we don't really need the tactical view, but it is still nice to know for officer safety.

It would be ideal to see an dispatch expectation somewhere. What information to attempt to obtain, what officers and citizens need, how to handle curios callers, etc.

Anything ICS or NIMS is more understandable now.

Specific statistics on past cases. It's interesting to know how many agencies and officers responded to previous incidents, however, it doesn't benefit me to remember that.
