A longer video on the flow chart would be a good addition. Just more in depth regarding how to properly utilize it. The existing video did a good job of explaining it.

The reunification was most valuable to me. The incidents I have been involved in haven't reached that level, however, I see the value in it.

Clearing the scene was probably the least valuable from my LEO experience since that is what I was trained to do.

Perhaps utilizing a cell phone carrier, such as Verizon, COW system (Cell on Wheels) to help with cell towers becoming overwhelmed.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I am interested in the integrated command structure for mass incidents.

All were great but if i have to pick the least helpful it would be Public Safety Response as I understand and have practiced this extensively.
