Overall the best case scenario is to get ALL LEO agencies familiar with these practices of ASIM so it will be a uniformed response when in real life.

The practical exercises were a positive, where the absence would not solidify the instruction.

As a dispatcher, I learned nothing useful in the dispatch role in the exercise. Rotate dispatchers to officers roles and vice versa. The mutual understanding from seeing each other side of the isle is a great unifier. I feel like this course didn't give a dispatcher much interaction.
