I thought it was area command. It is a complex subject and is a good way to work a large scene.

The importance of taking the time to set up a staging area and a unified command in smaller situations so you can practice for a lager situation.

Seeing how staging / tactical / and the contact teams can be independently located however work closely together.

I liked the "tabletop" with the poker chips. It was a low stress way to understand how assets can be moved and assigned.
