The instructor group was a well oiled machine. They worked very well together and their transitions during presentations was high quality. a fantastic group.

The multiple scenarios allowed for participants to work various roles and command position leading to advancement of skill set.

The instructor cadre was extremley knowledgeable and provided a great learning environment. This has been the best course that I have taken over my 19 years in leadership from TEEX or FEMA. Look forward to bringing this back to the Op Area as soon as possible.

The scenarios were valuable as a dispatcher to understand how the different LE FD & EMS groups work together and the role dispatch plays in aiding in info documenting and resource requesting.

This course was helpful for a dispatcher from a smaller-mid sized agency, where they do not have these type of incidents very often, to better understand the role they'd play in an active shooter event.
