Participating as command in different roles helped create a greater foundation to use in the field.

Sometimes, there was downtime during the exercises. That said, I don't know how things could be rolled out differently.

We trained in a small town. While I found value in the class and the examples because I am from a moderate sized city, I think that having examples of active shooter incidents that have happened in a small town would be beneficial in future classes held in small towns.

Large scale practice scenarios.
