Explaining the evolution of the command structure as an incident unfolds. My role will mot likely revolve around being on an RTF or Contact Team, and it is important to understand what will be forming up outside of my immediate environment and how it will impact the role I expect to be in.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

Discussion on the Unified Command structure. While i find this information helpful, it is not as important as understanding the structure of elements moving in the same sphere that i will be working within.

Initially, the videos for modules 2,3, and 4 were freezing. this required me to refresh the page multiple times. Whether the issue was technological on my side or an issue with those particular videos is unknown to me, but could be looked into. the issue seemed to resolve as I viewed subsequent videos in the course.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Multi-department combined training for armed response, as well as working with fire/ems on running an RTF.
