The hands on learning with the different aspects of command; EX: working in staging and "Fluffy".

Operating as an RTF. I work for an ambulance and I will not be in an RTF. I understand how it works, but being on an RTF is not helpful to me. I am here to transport and keep people alive.

This organization did wonderful and was extremely professional and prepared. Very Very Good.

The scenarios covera wide array of info. Different types of events.

The computer just because it is so laggy.

I understand that it is taught to a general audience, but the ability to change the training based on how the local agencies operate would be helpful. Not every EMS agency is run by fire and comms are often seperate.
