I have been an ALERRT active shooter instructor for many years but I retired for a short time. It was a great refresher to the small changes that have occurred.

The practical exercise was a great way to put things in motion and still have a larger view of the event.

I think it was all valuable. Maybe the checklist should come laminated or in a smaller card version. This large sheet will likely not be easy to use in an incident.
