I had too many scenarios where I was either a contact or RTF and not enough in the specialty positions (Tactical, S1, S2).

I think it would be beneficial to have more opportunities to be the specialty positions.

A lot of time spent talking rather than doing.

I ended up mostly in unimportant roles not getting to do things so I wasn't able to learn a lot of the positions.

None. This is by far the best crisis response course I have ever attended. The integration of incident command and practical exercises only enhanced the learning experience. Kudos to the instructors who did a great job leading and teaching.
