The gaming system was not realistic nor beneficial since it does not have induced stress or real life applications.

Provide videos of past active shooters and what law enforcement did well and not so well.

Would be fun to do this in a more realistic scenario where it hands on with sims.

As an EM I primarily stayed in an EM role. I understand that in the private sector it is unlikely that I would end up down range - however, in a training environment, it would be helpful to use this time to understand better what is going on down range.
