None, even being put into higher command roles that I would not normally be in presented several learning points and increased knowledge of what those positions are for.

I have never taken a TEEX DHS class, but this was by far the best DHS/FEMA class I have taken, the instructors were knowledgeable and engaging.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

DEM level classes to understand where the resources would come from in my area.

The instructors really led a lot of the scenarios, let us make a few mistakes before taking over. Staging set up too early, not realistic. The Co-Teach was distracting. It's fine to interject some, but every sentence is much.

Recommend to all LEOs. Needs to be annual, required training.
