The scenarios enhanced my understanding of all the moving parts. I normally only see the Fire/EMS side of the house, so it helped to work with LE.

I can't find any least in the class. It was excellent all the way around.

The size of the facility could be increased. The smaller space put a lot of people on top of each other making the scenarios loud and chaotic. We work hard to isolate in our business to make sure we don't miss traffic. This facility is not good for that.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

We need to get our local agencies together to make plans and policies first. Then we need to train together for the inevitable event coming.

Break up duties by rank, have high ranking chiefs and officers run area and incident command instead of rookie employee's. Make the jobs relevant to their current assignments. The computer program can be improved by speeding up the patient assessments.

Future counterterrorism classes, response to explosions, etc.
