Drilling down a little further and understanding how transporting victims will affect the hospital / healthcare systems would be valuable.

The computer simulations are helpful for basic understanding, but i feel like they are lacking as the only source of simulation and practice because there are things that are easy on the computer that are unrealistic in real life and glitches that caused confusion etc.
