Hands-on scenarios based on the ability to be placed in the individual positions and work through problems with simulated stressors.

Provide more thorough instruction on operations of the computer simulated program to ensure that all operators understand how to move, triage patients, tag patients, move/load patients. Remove the computer learning curve from the scenario portion.

It would have been more helpful to have more instruction on the computer program before beginning. We were told to just play around instead of showing us what we needed to know to accomplish the tasks.
