The practical; hands on herlps you to see where your level is at.

The slide show; it was a bit monotonus.

The venue was uncomfortable and detracted somewhat from the learning. The seating was for that of a middle schooler and made it hard to sit for long periods of time.

Learning an established process to manage these types of situattions. Mistakes and struggles have already been dealt with , for the most part.

As a Fire Captain, performing duties in an EOC or Area Command would be above my level. Understanding the challenges faced by these areas during these types of incidents was still good to see.
