The course was well laid out and really helped the leadership members of Fire and EMS "gel" our processes that we've been working on for the last year.

This incident command structure works well with APD's cast model and will be beneficial in an incident.

I found every aspect to be helpful even portions that were review.

I think an important metric to mesure would be the time deployment of LE AEP. It could be captured in a flag drop in the simulation or a time stamp by dispatch.

This is a perishable skillset and needs regular simulations. Regular additional practice is needed.

I really, really, really enjoyed this course. I have taken many of these classes before but the practical exercises really enforced the concepts need to be successful. a.

Believe it or not I enjoyed all of this course. The 3 days went by really fast unlike other classes that I have taken in the past.

In our department (fire) the first BC would hook up with tactical instead of establishing a CP. That should increase our efficiency even more in an actual event. Triage should be changed to Rescue Group Leader.

Continue hand on training with our public safety counterparts.
