The part of the cours that was least important was the last tabletop exercise that included multiple attacks in a 3.5 mile geographical area.

The hands on experiences and practical applications. Including a section in the lectures about Communication and Dispatch is greatly appreciated.

The LEO and EMS/FIRE simulations. I would have liked to take a turn in the simulation as a responder. Maybe switch roles so we could experience the simulation from another's point of view.

I enjoyed this training and I think it is very valuable. It was presented in a well rounded way and it was obvious that the instructors knew what they were presenting and cared a lot about the information. The simulation looked very interactive and as an effective way to teach something that would be difficult to learn in a lecture only environment.

Rapid triage/treatment during the RTF role. I am a seasoned paramedic and did not need to increase my skills in this area.

Restrict number and types of patients that can be loaded into an ambulance or aircraft to real world levels.

More MCI type courses, we do not have enough MCIs in my jurisdiction to be comfortable with managing them without training.

The practical exercises did a really good job of emphasizing what was covered in the lecture and also served as hands-on teaching moments. Good for reaching a variety of learning styles.

The course seemed extremely tactical at first, which doesn't apply to my EM role. However, once the exercises began, it was made very clear where each group fit into the system and it worked well.
