The parts of incident command was very useful. I other training i recieved all was done through command, the division wth staging is an excellent tool to have.

The instructors had a knowledge base that included skill, passion and experience in these type of incidents. That combination is rare and was hands down the primary reason this course stands out.

The glitches in the computer simulators. constant glitches and efforts to work around the technology deficencies within the simulator proved to be confusing.

Outstanding class that placed a premium on cooperation between disiplines and agencies.

I would be very interested in a train the trainer course for the basic module.

A FEW OF THE EXERCISES WERE A LITTLE OVER THE TOP IN REGARDS TO RESOURCES WE HAVE, BUT IT DID MAKE ME SEE HOW QUICKLY WE COULD BE OVERWHELMED.
