I had a working knowledge of task level operations in active shooter (SAVE training) but this took it to a much higher level in a command function and allowed me to see all the different functions and practice the skills.

Down time when rotated into a position that was repetitive or didn't get deployed during the scenario.

Loved it! Very beneficial course. Don't change a thing!.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to get more training in higher level command functions such as area command. The scenarios showed me I have some room for growth in the IC/EOC type positions (Strategic level) whereas I felt comfortable in the Tactical positions such as Triage, Transport, and Staging.
