The scenarios, there is nothing like going through the actual exercise and seeing the communication and logistical issues first hand.

While it adds to the realistic actions in the incident, it would be nice to also see what the earlier forward deployed units are doing on the scene earlier (or maybe talk though it step by step after index).

Real world FTX to get more people involved and moving and seeing the time and practice of each step.
