Incident command. I only had a theoretical knowledge of the incident command procedure before this class.ure.

EMS response because it doesn't really relate to my response, but I now have an understanding of EMS goals for the response.

This is probably the best training I have ever attended. The only recommendation I could make is to extend the class to a full five days.

I would like more incident management classes.

I recommen dialing back considerably on the Middle Eastern elements used in many of the scenarios. The Allah references and the Arabic recitations are a bit insensitive. I would feel uncomfortable if there were a student of Middle Eastern descent in our class session. If it makes an SC native feel a bit uneasy, I am not sure how that even flies in more progressive parts of the country.
