I the scenarios, some should not be involved and get to see all aspects of all the groups and what is going on. When you are involved in the scenario, you don't get to see what the other groups are doing.

I honestly do not feel that there are any parts that were least valuable.

Amazing course, possibly go into a little more details on responses to previous active shooter events across the nation.

After being in this course I would like to seek out hostage negotiation classes.

Combining classroom with practical exercises. I also felt that the back and forth, classroom, practical, classroom, practical was an excellent way to complete the course as opposed to doing all classroom and then all practical.

Some of the computer simulations were glitchy and some of the computer tasks and workings could have been explained better prior to starting. We kind of just got thrown into it and while I understood many things, I kept learning things I felt were basic until about half the scenarios were done and I finally felt comfortable.

Giving this class more often.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

To take this course more than once in a career. This is a perishable skill. Being over a decade into my career and 4 years into being a field supervisor the fact I haven't had this course yet until now is not ideal.
