Triage and transport roles. I have held these positions on other mci events briefly but not on a shooter event. Integration with LEO as the 3 headed dog will absolutely prove to have been a useful tool.

Ambulance driver station.

Put up physical communication barriers between crews who are not co located. Walking from Tactical Triage and Transport to RTF or CT who are forward deployed will not happen as easily in real life.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

More ICS, terrorism and tecc training to supplement.

The way they break down assignments due to the individuals background. Police, Fire, PIO.

I would keep in mind the current climate of law enforcement and the area where the training is being hosted. Example: Maryland our tactics are a little more geared to slow things down whenever the opportunity presents itself. Not at the decision of the first on scene, but command.

PIO training, and Incident Commander.

I would be really nice to allow all disciplines to be able to to all of the functions. IE, dispatchers be able to do different roles.
