The virtual portion was difficult because actions would be done differently in the real world and it affected time and cooperation.

By day three, I feel far more comfortable with the content that was being presented. The first day was difficult with the abbreviations and some of the unclear expectations.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Just more training together, especially with our local agencies and with fire and ems.

I was behind with the use of initials for everything. ie cas collection area CCA etc. it took a while for me to think when others used accronyms.

Provide information ahead of time on how to drive the vehicles and maneuver around the maps. This caused a lot off issues for older students who don't play games on a computer.
