The course and instructors are top notch. I travel the US and attend a lot of events and real world incidents. Your staff, content, and sequence is great!.

This course was rock solid. Pointed at LE and all other agencies to support. The social media and crowd source process is emerging. If I had this presented with the Prince George's County Fire/EMS and Police that item would be required. Drones, helicopters, and other technology would be absolute.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I will be contacting Steve to coordinate a set of courses for the PGFD/PGPD. The short 4 hour course sounds very solid.

Networking and the course is full information.

Not following NIMS when it comes to communications and the use of staging. By skipping communicating with the IC leads to confusion and does not follow the standard for NIMS.

Have groups break out to different rooms and not use runners to communicate. Force students to use radios to communicate.
