I understand why units are sent to staging as the default but, incoming resources should be directed to the scene until the IC establishes staging. This will add another level of reality to the scenarios.

General implementation of the ICS system in a complicated scenario is GREAT practice.

This was one of the best classes I have attended since returning to the FD. As a veteran of the USAF SOF community, I now I have the tools to apply my experience/background as a first responder in this environment.

This tied together the AAIR course and ALERRT Level I course I received prior.
