There were several times people did "role play" in positions they would not actually find themselves in. IE a regular police officer being the incident commander.

Adding a hospital aspect of the course along with a longer scenario with actual separated commands.

To bring this forward to assist in local training. The tabletops help to provide a tangible feedback to help those that learn by doing rather than just reading.

It was very clear that dispatchers are "included" only as an afterthought and our participation was only as "voices", not as actual participants. Our feedback after each evolution was not welcomed.
