Have some instruction of aerial assest that may be incorporated into the response. Air assets may be LEO or HEMS. LEO Heli will primarily provide aerial cover, callouts, chasing suspect vehicles, searching for suspects and vehicles,. HEMS can provide medical transport. TRANSPORT can reach out and ask for HEMS capabilities. Talk about setting up a hasty HLZ with LE security.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I need to understand the ICS process better so I'll better understand this procsess!.

The simulation with rotating roles along side with LE helps you understands eachothers roles and responsibilities and puts in the feel of the stress.

The realistic simulations accompanied with cycling roles that I would be expeected to be in or assign units to be in. The radio communication and the simulators were in depth.

More computers so that more people can participate in the activities. Improvements in the simulators to make them more polished.
