The practical exercise was most valuable to me because as a 911 dispatcher I can now visualize what my officers/EMT's/fire are organizing as an event of this nature unfolds.

I wish it would incorporate 911 dispatchers more. I feel this course could be very valuable to 911 dispatchers if it taught about our roles in an active shooter situation.

Cross training fire personnel with firearms and use of force in the event of injured LE officers to be able to protect in place until other LE officers can secure and assist removal of injured Public safety personnel.
