The most valuable part of the training was the ability to get a lot of repetition in because the scenarios reset quickly being on computers.

The complex coordinated attack simulations were the most valuable to me because it is something I have yet to experience in my job. I felt the simulation was as realistic as it could be given the environment, and it applied stress enough to demand your attention as a participant. I feel more prepared for multiple incidents like these than I would ever be without the simulations.
