I would recommend that the instructors arrive early to the area to familiarize themselves with local abilities, protocols, and resources.

I would be encouraged to see more connected training between all first responding agencies to incidents such as these.

The well experienced instructors were the MOST valuable. Able to answer all questions and provide a wealth of real world knowledge.

I cant think of anything. It all was valuable in one way or the other.

Continued work on the computer program to make it a little bit more user friendly. I would say most didnt figure it out until the final day. Also I think it would be beneficial for the instructors to show us how they would do the initial response to show an example. They were great.

Just incorporating this with my agency and working on policies and procedures.
