Consider having the EMS and fire people take on normal roles (fire, EMS, RTF, etc) in one exercise and then the LE role in the second round. Likewise for police. Can allow understanding of what goes through the others person mind on these scenes.

Computer simulations, at times, drew attention away from tasks. While understanding the concept, potential simulated driving of apparatus vs actual driving of apparatus would have been helpful.

Day 3 - focus students to their actual work roles -EMS = Transport, FD = Staging / RTFs, etc.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Continued multi-disciplanary opportunities. Combining PD, FD, EMS is very valuable and garners trust amongst responders.

Funning computer generated scenarios. I was more of a distraction for me than help, but I understand the reason for the real time simulations.

I believe that incorporating students from a TECC/TCCC class the third day to run real time scenarios with people could be beneficial.
